Services

Service, parts and training from the people who rent the machines.

Our technicians work on the rental fleet every day, and on equipment our customers own. Field service across California, shop work at six branches, and operator training for your crew.

Equipment service

We service equipment you own, not just what we rent.

Bring your scissor lift, boom lift, telehandler or forklift to any branch, or have a field technician come to the job with the parts on the truck. We work on customer-owned equipment regardless of where it was purchased.

Diagnostics, hydraulic and electrical repair, annual inspections and recertification, and preventive maintenance on a schedule you set.

Field service

A technician comes to the jobsite with the parts. Factory warranty work performed in the field within fifty miles of any branch — you do not haul the machine back to us.

Customer-owned repair

Repair and maintenance on aerial equipment and forklifts you already own. Genie, MEC, JLG and SkyTrak factory-trained, and we work on other brands as well.

Annual inspections

Annual machine inspections and recertification documented for your safety file, scheduled around your work so the lift is not down when you need it.

Parts

We stock parts for every product line we represent and ship or will-call from the branch, so a common failure does not idle a crew for a week.

Operator training

An operator who knows the machine finishes the job.

ANSI A92.24 and OSHA-aligned operator training for mobile elevating work platforms. Classroom instruction followed by hands-on evaluation on the machine your crew will actually run — at your jobsite or at one of our branches.

Operator certification

Half-day course covering pre-operation inspection, fall protection, load charts and safe travel. Card issued on completion, valid three years.

Train the trainer

Qualifies your own supervisors to train and evaluate operators in-house, so new hires do not wait on our schedule.

Familiarization

Delivered with the machine. A short walkthrough of the controls and safety devices on the specific model that arrives on your site, as required before use.
